The 10.1 In (257mm) Secondary Display - G5 is required for use with SmartDetect™ Field Kits (Utility Class and Production Class).

Building on the advanced object detection technology offerings, SmartDetect is available as a field kit for Utility and Production Class P-Tier and X-Tier Loaders. SmartDetect uses a stereo camera system with machine learning to identify objects and people around the machine. It provides audible alerts to the operator and distinct alerts for bystanders to increase situational awareness for the operator on the job site.

• Improves situational awareness through mirror-mounted cameras that provide a wider field of view
• Featured on the in-cab display are projected path lines when in reverse; the in-cab display will also show the operator potential hazards in close proximity
• Alerts operator and bystander through audible alarms

This is a software only kit that is needed to activate SmartWeigh after the 250 hour trial period. SmartWeigh is a Deere designed and supported payload weighing solution that delivers accurate measurements, dynamic weighing capabilities, and is easy to calibrate. Payload weighing information is displayed on the primary machine monitor.

Auto Pass reduces operator input of repetitive functions at the beginning and end of grading passes and is programmable through the monitor. Beginning of pass options include: lowering the blade to a pre-determined elevation and enabling SmartGrade automatically (if equipped). End of pass options include: raising the blade, automatically engaging blade flip (if equipped) to rotate the blade to a pre-determined angle, and stowing the ripper.
